7th Pay Commission: ऐसे तो इस साल होली 8 मार्च है लेकिन सबकुछ ठीक रहा तो देश के एक करोड़ा से ज्यादा केंद्रीय कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स आज ही अपना होली मना सकते हैं। दरअसल देश के 8 करोड़ से ज्यादा किसानों को तोहफा देने के बाद आज केंद्र सरकार अपने कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स को होली की सौगात दे सकती है। आज केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते और पेंशर्नस की महंगाई राहत में बढ़ोतरी का ऐलान हो सकता है। दरअसल आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में कैबिनेट की अहम बैठक होने जा रही है। इस बैठक में केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी को हरी झंडी मिल सकती है।

अगर ऐसा होता है कि होली से पहले केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी का बड़ा तोहफा मिल सकता है। इतना ही नहीं सबकुछ ठीक रहा तो 31 मार्च तक कर्मचारियों को बढ़ी हुई सैलरी और पेंशनर्स के बढ़ा हुआ पेंशन भी मिल सकता है। इसके साथ जनवरी और फरवरी महीने के एरियर का पैसा भी उनके खाते में आ सकता है।

महंगाई भत्ते में 4 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी की आस
श्रम मंत्रालय की ओर से दिसंबर 2022 के AICPI के आंकड़े भी आ गए हैं। इससे लगता है कि डीए और डीआर में 4 फीसदी तक की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। हालांकि श्रम मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी दिसंबर 2022 के AICPI के जो आंकड़े आ गए हैं, वो नवंबर के मुकाबले गिरे हैं। AICPI के जो आंकड़े में जुलाई से नवंबर तक लगातार बढ़ोतरी हुई थी। लेकिन दिसंबर में AICPI के आंकड़े थोड़ी गिरावट देखी गई है। द‍िसंबर का आंकड़ा नवंबर के मुकाबले ग‍िरकर 132.3 प्‍वाइंट पर पहुंच गया है। अक्‍टूबर और नवंबर में यह आंकड़ा 132.5 प्‍वाइंट पर था। वहीं स‍ितंबर में 131.3, अगस्‍त में 130.2 और जुलाई में 129.9 था। हालांकि इसके बाद भी महंगाई भत्ते में 4 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी के आसार जाताए जा रहे हैं।

There it was 131.3 in September, 130.2 in August and 129.9 in July. However, even after this, there is a possibility of 4 percent increase in dearness allowance.

42 फीसदी हो जाएगा महंगाई भत्ता
जनवरी 2023 के लिए महंगाई भत्ते (DA) का ऐलान अमूमन होली से पहले होता है। अगर महंगाई भत्ते में 4 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी होती है तो केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का महंगा मौजूदा 38 फीसदी से बढ़कर 42 प्रतिशत हो जाएगा। सितंबर 2022 में डीए में चार फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी के बाद अब केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के नए साल में महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी का इतजार है।

महंगाई भत्ता 90,720 रुपये हो जाएगा
गौरतलब है कि केंद्रीय कर्मचार‍ियों (7th Pay Commission) को फ‍िलहाल 38 फीसदी के ह‍िसाब से डीए का भुगतान हो रहा है। यद‍ि इसमें 4 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी होती है तो यह बढ़कर 42 फीसदी हो जाएगा। इसके बाद 18,000 रुपये की बेसिक सैलरी वालों का सालाना महंगाई भत्ता बढ़कर 90,720 रुपये हो जाएगा। मौजूदा महंगाई भत्ते से अंतर की बात करें तो सैलरी में हर महीने 720 रुपये और सालाना 8640 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी होगी।

एक करोड़ से ज्यादा कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स को होगा फायदा
 गौरतलब है कि केंद्र सरकार की ओर से महंगाई भत्ते (7th Pay Commission) में बढ़ोतरी से देश के करीब 47 लाख कर्मचारियों और 68 लाख पेंशनधारकों को फायदा होगा। सरकार ने साल की शुरुआत में डीए 3 फीसदी बढ़ाया था जिसके बाद महंगाई भत्ता 38 फीसदी हो गया था। फिर 3 फीसदी डीए बढ़ने से महंगाई भत्ता बढ़कर 41 फीसदी हो जाएगा।

दरअसल केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते (7th Pay Commission) को साल में दो बार संशोधित किया जाता है। पहला जनवरी से जून तक दिया जाता है, जबकि दूसरा जुलाई से दिसंबर तक आता है।आपको बता दें कि केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता तय करने में एआईसीपीआई (AICPI) इंडेक्‍स का अहम रोल रहता है।
